ANSWER: I work best with small to mid-sized businesses that care about their online presence and want to attract more of the right customers. If you’re passionate about what you do, it's worth having a conversation to see if we're a good fit.

ANSWER: It starts with a conversation about your business and goals. From there, I create a plan, design your site, and handle development and launch. You’ll always know what’s next, no surprises.

Q: FAQ: Do you do all of the work yourself or do you hire subcontractors?

ANSWER: I do the majority of the work myself. This includes design and development. However, for branding work, I have a branding expert I work with to create logos and graphics for print.

Q: FAQ: Is content writing included in new website projects?

ANSWER: While content creation (copywriting) is not typically included, it certainly can be. This significantly increases the workload and financial investment required for your project.

Q: FAQ: What will you need from me?

ANSWER: You know your business better than anyone, so I’ll need your input — especially around what makes you unique. I’ll guide you through every step, making it easy to provide what’s needed. If you're interested in hiring me for copywriting, I will gather the necessary information from you during a recorded interview.

Q: FAQ: Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

ANSWER: Yes. I offer hosting, maintenance, and care plans to keep your site secure, updated, and performing at its best long-term. Care Plans can be completely customized for your needs.
